Is an item missing, is something incomplete or did we send you the wrong thing? Send us a short e-mail to info@pixelhobby-shop.de with your order number. We will send you the right goods right away — the replacement delivery is free of charge for you.

You can return your order within one month. Report your withdrawal via our withdrawal form or by e-mail to info@pixelhobby-shop.de.

You bear the cost of the return. We do not include a return label and do not cover return postage. You are free to choose the shipping method — a simple letter parcel (Warensendung) is quite sufficient.

You ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it? Note this on the return slip that came with your parcel. You pay for the return to us. We cover the shipping of the replacement to you.

Then we are happy to send the goods on invoice.

Please write in the "Order note" field that you would like to order on invoice. Simply "on invoice".

At checkout, choose "Bank transfer (prepayment)" as the payment method. You will then receive the order on invoice.

If you would also like the invoice by e-mail, please mention this in the note field as well.

We offer a permanent special discount of 10% to the above. Please send us an e-mail (info@pixelhobby-shop.de) with your request and the e-mail address you use for your orders. If the e-mail does not show which organisation you belong to, please also send us proof.

We will then send you a discount code for exactly this e-mail address, which you can use permanently.
