As of: September 18, 2026
First, the most important thing for everyone who lives outside the EU: nothing changes for you. We continue to deliver to Switzerland, the UK and many other countries outside the EU as before.
Within the EU, things look different.
Since August 12, 2026, the new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, PPWR for short, has applied. It requires every retailer that ships goods directly to end customers in another EU country to have its own authorized representative in that very country. For each country separately. For a shop our size, that's simply not manageable.
That's why, until further notice, the only delivery addresses we accept within the EU are in Germany.
For Austria, we've already submitted and paid for the registration. It just hasn't gone through yet. As soon as it has, we'll deliver there again as usual and announce it here.
That's painful. Especially for the many of you who have been ordering from us for years and live just a few kilometers across the border.
But there is a way that has nothing to do with tricks and has been around for a long time.
What a border parcel shop is
A border parcel shop is a business in Germany, right at the border. You sign up there and get a German delivery address in your name. You enter this address when you check out. So we deliver within Germany as usual. As soon as your parcel arrives, you get a notification and pick it up.
Some of these businesses will also forward the parcel to your home on request. That's then a second, separate shipment that you arrange yourself.
For us, nothing changes. For you, only the address in the order form changes.
Border parcel shops we've found
This list is a start, not a complete overview. We've looked at every provider ourselves. We don't run any of them, we don't get paid for this, and we can't vouch for their service. We deliberately don't list prices or opening hours, because they change. Check for yourself before your first order.
Border with Austria
Paketstation.at gives you a German delivery address in Lindau. Pickup is in Dornbirn in Vorarlberg. Forwarding to your home is possible via a partner site.
paketstation.at
Paket-Service.eu works with an address near the border in Germany and a pickup point in Grödig near Salzburg.

To be honest: both cover the west, meaning Vorarlberg, Tyrol and the Salzburg area. If you live in Vienna, Lower Austria, Styria or Carinthia, the trip is too far. For you, it's worth waiting for the registration. We'll let you know as soon as it has gone through.
Border with Denmark
Graensepakke is located in Harrislee, Grönfahrtweg 5 B, a few minutes across the border. Pickup and forwarding are possible.
graensepakke.dk
Trecc is also located in Harrislee, Am Oxer 51. The business operates as a click-and-collect service for Danish customers.

Border with the Netherlands and Belgium
Grenspostadres has locations in Aachen, Herzogenrath, Gangelt, Wassenberg, Kaldenkirchen-Nettetal, Goch, Nordhorn, Emlichheim, Twist and Weener. That covers almost the entire border from the North Sea to the Eifel.

Upper Rhine and Alsace
On the German side, Grenzpaket has locations in Weil am Rhein, Lörrach, Rheinfelden, Bad Säckingen, Waldshut, Lottstetten, Jestetten, Gottmadingen, Rielasingen, Singen and Lindau, among others.

Depot35 accepts parcels in Lottstetten.

To be honest: these three are all located in the tri-border area on the High Rhine and Lake Constance. For the Basel and Saint-Louis area, they're a short trip. For the rest of France, they aren't.
Still open
For the borders with Poland, Luxembourg and French Lorraine, we don't yet have a provider we can recommend in good conscience. As soon as we've checked one out, we'll add it here.
If you live farther away
If your address is in Spain, Italy, Scandinavia or Southeastern Europe, a border parcel shop won't help you. The trip isn't worth it.
Two options remain. If you know someone in Germany, you can have your order delivered there. And there are forwarding services that give you a German address and ship abroad from there. We haven't checked any of them yet, so we don't name any.
What to watch out for
Sign up before you order. Most services only assign the address after you sign up, and the name on the parcel has to match your account.
Check the storage period. Parcels aren't held forever. If you won't be driving to the border for another two weeks, ask beforehand.
Think about returns. If you want to send something back, the parcel goes back to us from Germany. Most border parcel shops accept returns. Ask about it before you order.
And the nice part: because your delivery address is in Germany, our regular shipping costs within Germany apply to you, including the order value from which we ship for free. What currently applies is on our shipping page.
Do you run a border parcel shop?
Then write to us. One sentence is enough: where you're located and what your website is called.
We'll take a quick look and add you to this list, with a link, free of charge and with nothing expected in return. We don't want a commission or an advertising budget. We want our customers across the border to be able to order again.
If you change your opening hours or locations, let us know. An outdated list doesn't help anyone.
